The Administrative Team Member provides essential operational support to keep Forward City Church running smoothly. This role helps coordinate logistics, manage systems, and support leaders and ministries so they can focus on serving people and advancing the church’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to leaders and ministry teams, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.
Maintain systems, records, and organizational processes.
Assist with event and ministry coordination, ensuring smooth planning and execution
Administrative Team
The Creative Team Member helps bring Forward City Church’s message, culture, and vision to life through visual, digital, and experiential storytelling. This role collaborates with ministry leaders and production teams to create engaging content and environments that help people encounter God and connect with the church.
Key Responsibilities
Create and support visual, digital, and social content for ministry initiatives.
Assist in designing creative elements for worship services, events, and experiences.
Help maintain brand consistency and support creative needs across all church ministries.
Creative Team Member
The High School & Young Adults Director leads and develops a thriving community where students and young adults can encounter Jesus, grow in discipleship, and become leaders at Forward City Church. This role oversees ministry vision, gatherings, and programs while equipping volunteers and creating systems to support growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop High School and Young Adult ministries, events, and discipleship programs.
Recruit, train, and mentor volunteer leaders.
Build meaningful relationships and integrate young people into the life and mission of the church.
High School & Young Adults Director
The Facilities Manager ensures Forward City Church’s buildings, grounds, and physical assets are safe, clean, and welcoming. This role oversees maintenance, small remodeling projects, and facility needs for events, while leading staff and volunteers to keep the campus running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, and contractor/vendor coordination.
Oversee small projects and facility improvements, ensuring safety and code compliance.
Coordinate facility setup for events and special services.
Lead and develop facilities staff and volunteers, maintaining schedules, inventory, and budget.
Facilities Manager
The Ministry Team Member helps create environments where people can grow in their relationship with Jesus and engage with the life of Forward City Church. This role supports ministry programs, discipleship, and volunteer leadership to ensure meaningful experiences for all.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing ministry programs, gatherings, and discipleship initiatives.
Recruit, train, and support volunteers while fostering healthy team culture.
Help care for individuals and families, creating welcoming and spiritually enriching environments.
